- 2 cups spinach
- 1/4 cup kale
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup sprouted almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 3 tablespoons vegan protein powder (or 2 tablespoons whey protein)
