Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews
- 1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon spring water
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in food processor or high-speed blender.
For flavored varieties, add 1/2 cup of basil pesto or sun-dried tomatoes and mix until smooth.
