Ingredients
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salish, artisan salt
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1/2 cup spring water
- 1/4 cup medjool dates
- pinch dried cayenne pepper
- pinch dried chipotle pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender except the garlic and onion and blend on high.
Meanwhile, sauté minced garlic and onion until brown. Once the puree is complete, add the mixture to the pan with the garlic and onion.
Reduce down to the thickness you like best. Store refrigerated in a jar or use immediately.
