Ingredients
Turkey Filling
- 2 cups leftover roasted turkey, chopped
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
For Serving
- 8-12 leaves lettuce, Iceberg or Romaine
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- chopped peanuts
- bean sprouts
- oyster sauce
- Sriracha sauce
Directions
Heat sesame oil in pan over medium heat. Add onion and ginger and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, then add turkey, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Combine well then remove from heat and let cool.
On a platter, arrange lettuce leaves and garnishes. Serve turkey and garnishes family-style so everyone can build their own wraps.
