Ingredients

Turkey Filling
  • 2 cups leftover roasted turkey, chopped
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
For Serving
  • 8-12 leaves lettuce, Iceberg or Romaine
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • chopped peanuts
  • bean sprouts
  • oyster sauce
  • Sriracha sauce

Directions

  1. Heat sesame oil in pan over medium heat. Add onion and ginger and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, then add turkey, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Combine well then remove from heat and let cool.

  2. On a platter, arrange lettuce leaves and garnishes. Serve turkey and garnishes family-style so everyone can build their own wraps.
