Ingredients
- 1 can organic pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 to 1.5 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 4 tablespoons organic grade B maple syrup (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and mix on high. Pour the batter into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
The next morning, place the cubes back into the blender with your choice of protein powder, almond milk, and tea. Blend until you find desired consistency.
