Cacao powder is derived from antioxidant-rich cacao seeds, which serve as the basis of chocolate and cocoa. Maca is a Peruvian root that’s touted as beneficial for fertility and libido. To make this indulgent vegan chocolate pudding, just add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup cold-brew coffee
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- Dash sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 cup maca powder
- Fresh berries for garnish
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Stop to scrape down sides. Blend until completely smooth and warm.
