At the close of each day we have the opportunity to reflect and unwind. In this meditation, allow yourself to contemplate all the moments of connection and beauty, the moments of fear or anger, the successes or the failures, and simply take stock. This is not a meditation meant to pass judgment or even solve any remaining puzzles; it is merely a practice in noticing and letting go. Paired with the morning intention-setting exercise, this evening meditation is a great way to revisit one’s intentions and prepare for sleep.
